Tuesday, June 13, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Day 1 is for buyers to pick up small items. Most of the furniture and larger pieces cannot be removed until the tables and small items have been cleared.

CONDITION: This is an estate. The owner had no family or relatives that could provide any information or details on the condition of the pieces. Many/most of the items were located in warehouses/sheds for years. There are varying degrees of condition and there is no way we an assess each piece and make an accurate diagnosis. We encourage buyers to attend one of the two open houses to satisfy themselves of the condition. All items sell as is, where is. Boyleston Auctions is the selling agent only and assumes no liability for errors or omissions. Buyers are to rely solely on their own judgment and inspection as to the age, make, manufacturer, model, condition, marketability or usability of any item in the auction.

Upon registration, buyers will be required to submit credit card information and a $25 registration authorization will be placed on the card. Neither the seller nor the auction company ship. Local pickup only, unless you have made arrangements for removal and shipping.
