Note: Salvage removal can start on Friday and Saturday, but not for exterior doors, roll-up doors, stairs, gates, electrical or plumbing. Salvage removal for these items will start on Monday, July 18, 9AM-5PM and will continue until 5PM on Thursday, July 21.

All Salvage must be removed by 5PM July 21. The building is sold and the new owner takes possession on July 22. No Exceptions. Buyer is responsible for removal, including labor, tools to disassemble equipment and salvage, loading and transportation for all purchases.

Payment is due in full on auction day. At the close of the auction, invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders and bidder’s method of payment on file will be charged. If you are a dealer, you MUST have on file with Boyleston Auctions your current, valid tax exemption certificate BEFORE you bid. OR, if you are an out of state purchaser and are taking delivery of purchases outside of Florida, no Florida sales tax will be collected.

A 15% buyer’s premium will be charged on all purchases. 3% discount for cash purchases over $1,000.00. Credit card charges limited to a maximum of $5,000.00. This only applies to buyers who contact the auction company before the auction closes. Otherwise, all purchases will be charged to the payment method on file at the conclusion of the auction. Removal: Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16, 9AM – 5PM. Salvage buyers cannot start removing exterior doors, stairs, electrical or plumbing salvage before Monday, July 18. The building is sold and must be vacated no later than 5 PM Wednesday, July 21. NO EXCEPTIONS. The new owner takes possession at midnight on July 21. Boyleston Auctions and Ron’s Paint and Body staff will be on site to manage removal, however BUYER is responsible for removal, labor to remove, transport and delivery.
