DIRECTIONS: From I-65, take Exit 114 (Hwy. 106 Georgiana - Starlington). Go east on Hwy. 106 for 1.6 miles to Ebenezer Road at the flashing traffic signal. Go north (left) on Ebenezer for 1.4 miles to Dogwood Trail (this is at a fork in the road, so veer right onto Dogwood). Continue on Dogwood Trail for 4 miles to the property on the right. There are small auction leader signs with arrows all the way, so follow the auction signs.

Terms: The high bidder will make an earnest money deposit in the amount of 5% of the price on auction day. The balance will be due in full within 30 days after the auction. The transaction will be closed at the law offices of Williamson and Williamson, Greenville, Alabama. All closing costs to be paid by the buyer. There is no contingency for financing, so make your financial arrangements befor auction day. A ten percent buyer's premium will be added to the bid price to establish the final contract sales price.
